My Bad Bad Dog

After many tellings, master storyteller Norah Dooley wrote a picture book about her dog's well-earned reputation. Using the process and story of her recently published picture book My Bad Bad Dog, participants will create stories using prompts to remind us of our best friend's canine adventures. This one-hour storytelling workshop is for dog-lovers of all ages. They may be storytellers who write or writers who want to be able to tell better stories. Fun oral storytelling games and exercises will be followed by a share out of stories. Storytelling is a great pre-writing strategy but not a writing workshop, and written work will be minimal.
